Caritta has been awarded as Forbes 30 Under 30 and as one of the Top Finalist Winners of Nordic Women in Tech while she is also an invited speaker to leading tech events such as Forbes Summit, Arctic15 and ChangeNOW, having been featured by Financial Times, Huffington Post and Tech.eu. Caritta is a TedX speaker and passionate about energy, education and in creating positive social impact.

Katie Girow joined the Amcham Finland team in 2015. She has spent the past decade proactively promoting international business and foreign direct investment to Finland, as well as providing opportunities and networks for Finnish companies heading to the U.S. market.
As Deputy Director, Katie focuses on building a diverse and influential community, managing networks such as the Strategy Director Network, Women's Network, and Executive Assistant Network. She is also responsible for partnerships with leading organizations like Harvard Business Review Press, bringing leading authors to Finland.
Prior to her role at Amcham, Katie lived and worked in the UK in marketing and research roles. Katie is a British national from sunny Devon, and now lives in Helsinki.

Vincent Joly is the Country Director for Finland and Estonia at Business France, the French national agency for the internationalization of the French economy, a role he has held since September 2021. Vincent holds master’s degrees from the Paris School of Business and the University of Jyväskylä. Originally arriving in Finland for an Erasmus exchange in 2002. Prior to joining Business France, he worked with the French Embassy’s economic department and the National Committee of French Foreign Trade Advisors (CNCCEF). Business France’s Nordic branch operates from offices in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, covering Iceland and Estonia, and collaborates with the French-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce within Team France Export. Vincent works as part of a six-person team in Finland.
